These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Epitome Talent Advisors (“Epitome”).

 

48 hours notice of cancellation ahead of start of first interview is required for refunds. Full refund will be provided if interviews are cancelled 48 hours or more ahead of the scheduled start time of the first interview. Interviews cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the first interview will not be refunded.

 

Clients may reschedule any time prior to the start of each individual interview session. Candidates more than 10 minutes late to interviews will have that interview canceled and not rescheduled or refunded. Any interviews that have not yet occurred may still be attended. Interview Partners whose interviews were not attended by the customer/candidate will not attend the debrief and no refund or discount will be offered.

 

Interview simulations provided by Epitome are for informative purposes only and no offers of employment with Epitome Talent Advisors will be made.

 

Epitome maintains contractual relationships with Interview Partners who conduct the interview simulations. Interview Partners are independent contractors and not employees of Epitome. We do not guarantee the actions, conduct, or representations of our Interview Partners. Epitome shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with any conversations, interactions, or engagements with Interview Partners.

Epitome does not guarantee any future outcomes as a result of utilizing our services. Clients understand and acknowledge that success in future interviews or employment opportunities is not guaranteed by Epitome. Candidates/clients are ultimately solely responsible for their own success in any future interviews or employment opportunities. Epitome does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding future outcomes and offers no guarantee of future employment with Epitome, any Interview Partner or company or companies with which they may be affiliated, or any other company or entity.

 

Epitome reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
