Shane and Brad have been respected recruiting leaders in the Seattle tech and engineering markets for over 20 years each. 

 

Shane started his recruiting career in 2003 helping business students create stunning resumes.  He rose from a coordinator to a top agency recruiter to a Recruiting Manager at Amazon, where he spent 8 years building and managing multiple high-performance recruiting teams.  While there, he created multiple org-wide programs and best practices around strategic partnerships, recruiting team culture, and candidate preparation.  Shane believes that empathy is the key to connection, and connection is the key to successful recruiting.  He is married to his best friend, Amy, and the proud dad of two girls.  He is a private pilot and loves to be outdoors with his family gardening, camping, or fishing any chance he gets.

Brad is a proud alumni of Washington State University and a PHR-certified alumni of Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.  Brad was trusted to lead the recruiting efforts for some of the most visible projects at each of these giants, including Microsoft's Hololens.  His leadership has driven multiple innovative candidate experience initiatives, leading to vastly improved candidate experiences and recruiting productivity. Brad is a proud husband and father of four, dog daddy to Hank the frenchie, and loves to garden in his backyard.
